What if London shifted the way big cities are fed - to contribute to a regenerative system in which everyone can enjoy nourishing food?
And to grow that, we need to create and contribute to regenerative food systems that can feed a city as large and complex as London. They need to be grounded in ecological boundaries and reciprocal relationships between urban and rural communities - all inspired by local, tangible experiences.
Working both locally and across sectors, we aim to re-establish food as the catalyst for connection with each other and nature. We will complement this by drawing on global, scientific and systems perspectives to develop scalable toolkits and stories that can inspire cities everywhere.
